Our Mission
The Play Hard, Have Fun campaign honors the memory and spirit of Kaiser Carlile—the beloved Liberal Bee Jays bat boy whose passion for baseball and joyful approach to life touched everyone he met. As we mark the 10th anniversary of Kaiser’s passing, we invite you to join us in celebrating his legacy and building a brighter future for youth baseball.
For every person who donates $50 or more in August, they will receive a Play Hard, Have Fun t-shirt.
What We Plan To Do:
Youth Baseball Clinics
Free or low-cost clinics focused on skill development, teamwork, and fun for kids of all skill levels.
Grants & Support
Financial assistance for equipment, league fees, and travel expenses to families in need.
Mentorship Program
Connect NBC alumni, current players, and local coaches with young athletes as mentors and role models.
Community Partnerships
Partner with schools, leagues, and community organizations to reach more kids across Kansas and beyond.
